Sales and Purchases of Licenced HMO’s
This is a reminder to all landlords and licence holders. That a HMO licence is not transferable should you purchase or sell a HMO with an existing licence. The HMO licence is specific to the licence holder and not the property. Should you be in a position where you have purchased or sold a HMO and you are aware that a new licence needs to applied for.
